Dr. Russ uses a variety of modern, research-based techniques (such as Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Webster, FAKTR, Rocktape, Functional Movement Taping, Graston, Dry Needling, ART), and functional movement recommendations to assess and best treat his patients.

Dr. Russ Sellers was born and raised in Salina, Kansas, just six hours east of Denver. He spent most of his summers in Estes Park, where he’d spend his days hiking and fly fishing. When he wasn’t adventuring outdoors, he spent his free time playing golf, soccer and baseball while being immersed in the gymnastic community where his older sister competed as an elite gymnast. Being an athlete himself, there’s no question Dr. Russ was interested in learning more about how the body functions and performs best from an early age.

Dr. Russ attended school at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis. Upon graduating, he worked with several professional sports organizations while treating athletes from the NHL, PLL, MLL, NFL, MLS, and PGA. After working and residing in St. Louis, Dallas, and Columbus, he made the decision to make Denver his new home.

Certified by the Titleist Performance Institute to evaluate body-swing connection, Dr. Russ uses functional movement and assessment to treat his patients and make sure root issues are diagnosed and resolved long-term. While his specialization in biomechanics not only contributes to injury prevention and increased performance in golfers’, his extensive knowledge can be transferred to any athlete who plays a rotational sport (tennis, baseball, softball, lacrosse, hockey, field hockey).

To ensure injuries and concerns are taken care of at the root cause, Dr. Russ uses a variety of modern, research-based techniques (such as Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Webster, FAKTR, Rocktape, Functional Movement Taping, Graston, Dry Needling), and functional movement recommendations to assess and best treat his patients.

When he’s not treating patients, you can find Dr. Russ golfing, paddle boarding, rock climbing, fly fishing, mountain biking, or snowboarding. Oh, and if he likes you enough, Dr. Russ might let you pet his Bernese Mountain pup, Remington!
